Celebration of Abundant Life
Living the Full Christian Life
Is the cup half empty or half full? We have all heard that expression at one point or another in our lives. Is your walk with the Lord and Savior of your life half empty or half full? Is it merely adequate or is it truly fulfilling? Jesus taught us in John 10:10 that: The thief comes only to kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. (NIV) As believers, we should not only be living the life to which He has called us, we should be living that life abundantly!
The Celebration of Abundant Life (COAL) is a recalling of the passion that filled our lives so fully when we first became pilgrims. Passion is not intended to be a temporary feeling nor is it the result of an annual pep-rally. Passion is capture by reaching out for the promised Holy Spirit to fill our lives to overflowing with His presence.
Through the COAL weekend, a team of believers will make the journey to your church to share their stories of faith. They will challenge members of your church to go back to the mountaintop and seek the Lord more fully for their lives.
The COAL is more than just a weekend event. The “mountaintop” experience is not intended to fade away after a few days. The experience of a COAL is intended to drive believers into authentic relationships with Jesus Christ and their family in the faith.
- Individual growth is encouraged through discipleship.
- Small group attendance and fellowship are promoted both at the event and after.
- Commitment to the ministries of the church and service and evangelism in the community are challenged.
- Bring your church back to the Well to fill their lives with a passion that flows!
